DoHo-Flasher (My Genius) – Fehler: „FTChip.dll was not found“ beim Start des Clients
Der My Genius Client startet nicht („FTChip.dll was not found“), weil die DLLs FTChipiID.dll und ftd2xx.dll fehlen – DS Update ausführen; falls das Problem bleibt, das Client-Setup neu installieren oder das aktuelle Setup beim Master anfordern.
Symptom
Die My-Genius-Client-Software startet nicht und zeigt diesen Fehler:
„This application has failed to start because FTChip.dll was not found. Reinstalling app may fix the problem.“
Ursache
Die DLLs FTChipiID.dll und ftd2xx.dll fehlen.
Lösung

2. Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, das My-Genius-Client-Setup neu installieren oder den Master bitten, das aktuellste verfügbare Setup bereitzustellen.
