[ERROR] Customer not enabled to use this tool

Symptom

My Genius tool shows this error when you try reading a vehicle:

“Customer not enabled to use this tool”

Cause

It occurs when the tool results not enabled.

Solution

Contact your Master by providing the serial number of your My Genius tool.
