My-Genius-Fehler 0x3712 nach der Modellauswahl: falsche Marke/Modell/Typ gewählt oder ECU nicht mit dem Protokoll kompatibel – mit OK neu starten und korrekt auswählen; bei falscher Marke Tool zurücksetzen (Case 5) und den Master kontaktieren.
Symptom
Dieser Fehler kann nach der Auswahl des Modelltyps auf dem My-Genius-Gerät auftreten.
Ursache
Es wurde eine falsche Marke / ein falsches Modell / ein falscher Typ ausgewählt oder das Steuergerät ist mit diesem Protokoll nicht kompatibel.
Lösung
1. Auf „OK“ klicken – die Prozedur startet von vorne, bis die richtige Auswahl getroffen wurde.
2. Wurde eine falsche MARKE ausgewählt, das Tool wie folgt zurücksetzen (CASE 5) https://reserved.dimsport.com/kb/article.aspx?id=761 und den Master bitten, die richtige Marke auszuwählen.
P.S.: Das Steuergerät wird möglicherweise nicht unterstützt. Zur Sicherheit alle Fahrzeugdaten an den Master senden.

Cause
It has been selected a wrong Brand/Mode/Type or the ECU is not compatible with this protocol.
Solution
• C lick on 'OK' and the procedure will restart from the beginning until you perform the correct selection.
• If it has been selected a wrong BRAND, reset the tool in this way (CAS E 5) https://reserved.dimsport.com/kb/article.aspx?id=761 and ask your Master to select the correct one.
P.S. The ECU might not be supported. To make sure, send all specifics of your vehicle to your Master.
