[ERROR] The protocol does not support this ECU 0x3707 - My Genius

Symptom

My Genius displays “The protocol does not support this ECU 0x3707” while communicating with the ECU of a vehicle.

Cause

My Genius can’t use the protocol to communicate with the ECU

Solution

1. Check if you’re using the correct protocol to communicate with the ECU and try again.

2. If it doesn’t work, send the log files and all details of vehicle to your Master.
