Dimsport – NewTrasdata: „The ordinal 168 could not be located in the dynamic link library“
Die NewTrasdata-Software startet nicht (Ordinal 168 nicht in der DLL gefunden) – TrsdtDLL.dll in C:\Windows\System32 löschen und Software neu öffnen; falls nötig DSUpdate.exe mit Parameter -TRASDATA ausführen.
Symptom
Die NewTrasdata-Software startet nicht.
Ursache
Dieser Fehler tritt auf, weil die Software nach einer fehlenden Datei sucht oder der Absturz durch einen Dateikonflikt verursacht wird.
Lösung
Das Verzeichnis C:\Windows\System32 öffnen, die Datei „TrsdtDLL.dll“ suchen, löschen und anschließend die NewTrasdata-Software erneut öffnen.
Falls das Problem damit nicht behoben ist, wie folgt vorgehen:
Für Windows XP, Vista und 7 (32 Bit):
• Auf die Windows-START-Schaltfläche klicken, die Funktion AUSFÜHREN (XP) bzw. die Suchleiste (Vista/7) öffnen und "%CommonProgramFiles%\DIMSPORT\DSUPDATE\DSUpdate.exe -TRASDATA" eingeben und ausführen.
Für Windows Vista, 7, 8 und 10 (64 Bit):
• Auf die Windows-START-Schaltfläche klicken, die Suchleiste öffnen und "%CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\DIMSPORT\DSUPDATE\DSUpdate.exe -TRASDATA" eingeben und ausführen.
Die NewTrasdata-Software neu starten.
The NewTrasdata software does not start (ordinal 168 not located in the DLL) – delete TrsdtDLL.dll in C:\Windows\System32 and reopen the software; if needed run DSUpdate.exe with the -TRASDATA parameter.
Symptom NewTrasdata software doesn't start. Cause This error occurs because software is looking for a file that is missing, or the crash is due to a file conflict. Solution Open C:\Windows\System32 directory, search for the "TrsdtDLL.dll" file, delete it and then re-open the NewTrasdata software. If the problem is not fixed follow the following steps: for Windows XP, Vista and 7 32 bit: - click on Windows START button, click on RUN function (Xp) or Search bar (Vista/7), type in and run "%CommonProgramFiles%\DIMSPORT\DSUPDATE\DSUpdate.exe -TRASDATA". for Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 10 64 bit: - click on Windows START button, click on Search bar, type in and run "%CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\DIMSPORT\DSUPDATE\DSUpdate.exe -TRASDATA". Restart NewTrasdata software.
