Dimsport – Fehler 0x3000: Kommunikationsfehler zwischen New Genius und ECU

Ursache
1) Das für die Verbindung verwendete Kabel ist nicht das richtige.
2) Die Verbindung an der Fahrzeugbuchse ist nicht korrekt oder das verwendete Kabel ist beschädigt.
3) Fehler beim Ein- und Ausschalten der Zündung (Zündung EIN/AUS am Armaturenbrett) während der Kommunikationsvorgänge.
4) Falsche Auswahl des Fahrzeugs oder des seriellen Protokolls.
5) Das im Fahrzeug verbaute Steuergerät ist nicht das vermutete bzw. erwartete.

Lösung
1) Prüfen, ob das für die Kommunikation verwendete Kabel das richtige ist. Dazu das Handbuch zum jeweiligen seriellen Protokoll öffnen und prüfen.
2) Sicherstellen, dass das Kabel korrekt mit dem richtigen Diagnoseanschluss verbunden ist – bei manchen Fahrzeugen kann es mehrere Diagnoseanschlüsse geben. 3) Wenn das Tool dazu auffordert, die Zündung korrekt ein- und ausschalten; vor dem nächsten Arbeitsschritt immer 10 Sekunden warten.
4) Sicherstellen, dass das richtige Fahrzeug bzw. das richtige Protokoll für das Fahrzeug ausgewählt wurde.
5) Entspricht das Steuergerät nicht dem erwarteten, muss das richtige serielle Protokoll gesucht oder der Race-Support (Dimsport) kontaktiert werden.

Solution 1 ) Verify that the cable used for the communication is the correct one. Open the manual corresponding to the serial protocol and check it. 2 ) Make sure that the cable is well connected to the correct diagnostic port, on some vehicles there could be different diacnostic ports. O pen the manual corresponding to the serial protocol and check it. To verify the integrity and proper functioning of the cable try to use it on another similar vehicle and verify if there is the same fault.

3 ) When requested by the tool switch ON and OFF properly the dashboard, you must always wait 10 seconds before proceeding with the next operation. 4 ) Ensure that you selected the correct vehicle or the correct protocol for your vehicle. 5) If the ECU does not correspond to what you expect you must search the correct serial protocol to use or contact the Race Technical support.
