Dimsport – Fehler 0x464 / 0x465: Fehler mit dem Genius-Gerät (USB-Kommunikation)
Dimsport-Fehler 0x464/0x465: Race- oder FlashPoint-Software kann nicht mit dem New Genius kommunizieren – Treiber neu installieren, Gerät im Gerätemanager prüfen, HOME-Menü aktivieren, ggf. USB-Port/-Kabel wechseln.
Symptom
Das Race- oder FlashPoint-Programm kann nicht mit dem New-Genius-Tool kommunizieren.
Ursache
Fehlende Kommunikation zwischen dem angeschlossenen USB-Gerät und der Software.
Lösung
Folgende Schritte prüfen:
• Das New-Genius-Tool muss vom PC im Gerätemanager korrekt erkannt werden. Falls NICHT: New Genius abstecken, das aktuelle Dimsport-Treiber-Setup herunterladen ( http://reserved.dimsport.com/transfer/SetupDimsportDriver_v20.zip ) und ausführen. Nach der Treiberinstallation den New Genius per USB mit dem PC verbinden und warten, bis der PC das Gerät erkennt.
• Der New Genius muss sich im HOME-Hauptmenü befinden – der erste Bildschirm mit den 4 Symbolen WORK / TOOLS / INFO / STAND BY.
• Tritt der Fehler weiterhin auf, USB-Port oder USB-Kabel wechseln und erneut versuchen.
Dimsport error 0x464/0x465: Race or FlashPoint software cannot communicate with the New Genius – reinstall the driver, check the device in the device manager, set the tool to the HOME menu, change USB port/cable if needed.
Symptom The Race or FlashPoint program cannot communicate with the NewGenius tool .
Cause Lack of communication between the connected USB device and the software. Solution Verify these steps: - NewGenius tool properly recognized by the PC in the device manager list, if NOT please unplug NewGenius tool, download the last available Dimsport driver setup ( http://reserved.dimsport.com/transfer/SetupDimsportDriver_v20.zip ) and run it. After the driver setup connect the NewGenius tool to PC via USB and wait for the device recognition by the PC. - NewGenius tool must be set in the main HOME menu, the first screen with the 4 icons WORK / TOOLS / INFO / STAND BY. - If the error is still present try to change the USB port or the USB cable and try again.
